what we do
At the core of what we do we learn who our clients are and what is important to them. We take this company ethos and distill it in a clear, considered and creative way – delivering a unique working environment.
We can design whole office spaces as well as vital client facing areas such as receptions, meeting rooms and boardrooms. Combining colour, lighting and art to set the scene.
We are proud to work with a closely guarded network of British suppliers, makers and craftspeople who share our values and are equally committed to improving the circularity of the industry.
Whether it is the use of non-toxic paints, carefully sourced antiques or beautifully re-upholstered furniture.
With rigorous and thoughtful attention to detail we aim to design out avoidable waste. Re-using and re-imagining where possible or commissioning bespoke furniture that can be adapted beyond the life of one office fit out.
Interiors that not only look good, but do good.
-
the process
After receiving a brief we will create a bespoke design package that includes floor plans, worked up visuals to envisage the space, detailed costings and an implementation plan.
We work with a collective of trusted project managers & surveyors who have full oversight of costs and who will bring the project to completion on time and on budget.
As a small independent business we can be agile either working alongside the client’s preferred fit out team or with a number of companies who we have developed a strong working relationship with.
-
our clients
Our clients are landlords, developers & tenants.
We specifically choose to work for a small number of companies at one time in order to develop close working relationships and a consistent standard of delivery.
We work with our clients from pre-aquisition or pre-lease through to post occupancy.
We typically work with clients who have an office area footprint of less than 10,000 sq feet in order to create that bespoke and original atmosphere.
